Ascend Fitness Coaching is proud to offer Moms on the Move, a safe and effective exercise program to help you keep fit and healthy during and after your pregnancy.

Moms on the Move focuses on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, postural re-education, core conditioning, nutritional guidance, and birth preparation exercises.  After delivery, you can enjoy keeping fit by exercises you can do with your baby.

Fit Tip: Always consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.  If you are new to exercise, walking is an acceptable exercise during your first trimester.  Wait until your second trimester to increase your intensity, and always listen to your body.
