Ascend Fitness Coaching is proud to offer Mom & Baby Bootcamp, a safe and effective exercise program to get you into shape with your baby indoors.
 
This baby friendly class will provide mom with a great workout while being able to attend to baby’s needs at any time.  Each Mom & Baby Bootcamp class includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, postural re-education, balance training, core conditioning, and stretching.  Benefit from increased strength and stamina, improved posture, and a stronger core.  Spend time interacting with your baby and connect with other new moms in the community. 

Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesarean births).  All fitness levels are welcome.
