We specialize in developing personalized fitness programs to meet your goals.  With a customized training program you can:

  • Strengthen old injury sites with post-rehabilitation conditioning
 
One-on-one, with a friend, or in a small group, Ascend Fitness Coaching offers personal training in a modern gym facility or in the great outdoors.  In home training may be available. 
 
During your first session you will complete a fitness assessment to determine your baseline level of fitness and to create an action plan to reach your goals.  Each subsequent session will challenge your current level of health and fitness as you ascend to new heights. 
 
Please fill out the Client Information Questionnaire and PAR-Q prior to your first session. 
 
 Personal Training rates: 
Initial assessment & fitness program (90 minutes): $105
Private session: $55
Semi-private session: $75
In-home training (when available): $60 + travel
30 minute session: $40
**Training sessions are subject to HST**
