WHEN:
Next sessions begin July 26 (evening) and July 26 or 27 (morning). 
Morning bootcamp:
Mondays 5:30-6:30am
Tuesdays 5:45-6:45am
Thursdays 5:30-6:30am & 6:30-7:30am
 
Evening bootcamp:
Monday and Wednesdays- 5:30-6:30pm
 
WHERE:
Watson Glen Park
(beside Twin Rinks in Sardis).  Other locations to be announced.  We will meet by the tennis courts.  If you are coming to an early morning class, the gates will be locked.  Park on Cumberland Avenue or in the parking lot of Mt. Slesse Middle School.

Basic: $62.72 for four weeks (8 classes)
Flex pass: three classes per week- $89.60 (12 classes)
Ultra fit: four classes per week- $117.60 (16 classes)

WHAT:
Workouts will include interval training, plyometrics, hills training, calisthenics, free weights, core and balance training.  Warning: results of the program include increased muscle tone, loss of inches around the midsection and new friends.  Having fun while working hard is a common side affect of the program.    
 
PLEASE BRING:
First class: Please bring a signed copy of in the PAR-Q form, informed consent , and payment (cash or cheque) to your first class.  Cheques can be made out to 'Ascend Fitness Coaching'.  Please put your forms and payment in a sealed envelope with your name on it.  This greatly reduces the time spent dealing with registrations. 
Each class: Bring a set of hand weights (3-10 pounds), a yoga mat and water.  Dress for the weather- we will be outside rain or shine.  This class is not a walk in the park!  Be prepared to work hard, have fun, and see results!

 For only $18.90 per four-week session (GST included) you will accelerate your weight loss success.
