To begin your journey toward a fitter, healthier you, contact Tanja at 604-997-9989 to book your fitness assessment.  Feel free to ask questions over the phone, or set up a time to meet Tanja in person prior to your fitness assessment. 

Before your fitness assessment, you will fill out client information questionnaire and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnarie (PAR-Q) so that you can determine exactly where you want to be in the next month, and years to come.

The purpose of the first session, the fitness assessment is to determine your baseline level of fitness and to begin to create an action plan to reach your goals.  Each subsequent session will challenge your current level of health and fitness as you ascend to new heights.

Please fill out the Client Information Questionnaire and PAR-Q prior to your first session.
